To Guide Your Workforce to Safer Care, Better Health, and Lower Costs.
An Occupational Health Navigator is an RN-led, board-certified patient advocacy service designed for employers who want to protect their greatest asset - their people.
I partner with businesses to reduce employee absenteeism, control healthcare costs, and improve workforce well-being by guiding employees through today’s complex healthcare system. From coordinating care across multiple providers to supporting safe hospital discharges, attending appointments, and addressing mental health needs, I ensure employees receive the right care at the right time - while your business saves time, money, and unnecessary claims.
Avoidable hospital admissions and readmissions are major drivers of rising healthcare costs and lost productivity. Through proactive education, discharge planning, medication oversight, and follow-up coordination, I help employees stay out of the hospital and recover safely at home.
Confusion around medications is common - and dangerous. I help employees understand their prescriptions, identify potential errors, and coordinate with providers, reducing the risk of emergency visits, hospitalizations, and long-term complications.
Employees managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, or autoimmune disorders often need extra guidance to stay on track. I provide personalized support and accountability to help employees manage their health effectively by reducing flare-ups, complications, missed workdays, and insurance claims.
Caregiver stress is one of the fastest-growing drivers of absenteeism. I help employees navigate complex decisions for aging parents — including care planning, medical appointments, and transitions of care — so they can stay focused at work while knowing their loved ones are supported.
Healthcare stress is real and it spills into the workplace. By advocating for employees and helping them navigate an often overwhelming system, I reduce healthcare-related anxiety, burnout, and decision fatigue. This support improves morale, resilience, and employee retention.
I help employees understand their benefits, avoid out-of-network surprises, and choose high-value care options. Improved healthcare literacy leads to lower out-of-pocket costs for employees and reduced claims for employers - a win on both sides.
Every organization is different. That’s why I offer customized advocacy solutions based on your workforce, benefit structure, and goals. Whether you’re a self-insured employer or a TPA supporting multiple clients, I work as an extension of your team — delivering trusted clinical expertise with a human touch.

Do patient advocates need a license? No, there is no formal licensing required, however, there is a certification that demonstrates competency in the field.
What is the difference between an independent patient advocate and a hospital/insurance advocate? Unlike hospital advocates, an independent advocate is private pay, so my alliance is with you. An advocate supplied by the hospital or insurance company will ultimately have their employer's interest at heart, first and foremost.
